Internal Medicine
Worked as Assistant Professor at KEMC, Associate Professor at RMC, promoted to Professor of Medicine on change in 1990 in RMC, Rawalpindi. Regular Professor of Medicine at RMC in April, 1992. Transferred to FJMC in 2002 and then to AIMC in 2003 stayed as Professor of Medicine till April 2007 and then transferred to PGMI Lahore. Worked as officiating principal 3 Months at PGMI and retired on 22nd Dec, 2009.
Multiple Research Publications in local and International Journals. Examiner PU, (MBBS)/ UHS Training Supervisor for FCPS (Medicine) and examiner since, 1978 about .100 FCPS qualified till present. Workshops & Training on TOACS ,OSCE, one best Type MCQs teaching skills, Administration / managerial skills Administration of MCQs, Research Methodology, Medical writing / Biostatics, Educational planning 2/Development, computer Orientation Course. Dr. Saiiad Ali MBBS, FCPS 2006, Assistant Professor March 2011. During internship worked as CCU/ICU in charge. Facilities in final year MBBS/ BDS examinations.
Dr. Arif Rasheed Assistant Professor in CMC since July, 2011 and passed FCPS in 2002 and went to K.5.A and worked as emergency specialist in Qaiseemah Damam and Najran passed MRCP- Ireland in 2007 and PLAB in 2005. Medicine Department is functional with three consultants, five residents and trained Staff Nurses all the day. All patients of emergency are treated in ER and then shifted to wards if needed. We have moderately heavy Medical OPD. Recently Medical ICU has been equipped with latest facilities for five beds, Ventilators & Monitors. |
